Woman accuses driver of polluting atmosphere with emissions, but he's in a Tesla (video)

Here's a woman harassing a male driver and accusing him of polluting the atmosphere with emissions by just sitting there with his car running. She demands he turns off the engine and keeps babbling when the man tries to tell her that it's an electric car. The camera shows his steering wheel and it's a Tesla, which is clearly an electric vehicle. He still tries to tell her it's an electric car, but she just won't listen.

The argument goes on for a few minutes and the woman repeatedly denies all of his attempts to explain his vehicle uses electricity, but she just won't listen. Nothing is getting through to this woman. She may be a climate activist, but it's unclear as her identity is not yet known. The driver's identity is also unknown.
