City council meeting sure got weird, I would have been laughing so hard

Here's what happens when you let just about anyone go up to speak during a town meeting. I watched the video with the sound off because I knew immediately that whatever they had to say was probably just gibberish nonsense anyway. I couldn't even be bothered to turn it up. I guess I'm just ignorant and judge a book by it's cover LOL
