Rwandan immigrant did this

A Rwandan immigrant had his asylum application rejected but remained in France without being deported. A local priest offered him a job caring for the Cathedral and even let him live in his home. Later, he set the Cathedral on fire and went on to murder the priest, Emmanuel Abayisenga.
