White House Dinner Shooter Was Carrying A Disturbing Arsenal During Attack
The suspect accused of opening fire during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner was reportedly armed with multiple weapons, according to law enforcement officials who briefed the public after the terrifying incident.
Authorities identified the suspect as 31-year-old Cole Tomas Allen of Torrance, California. Officials said Allen allegedly charged through a security checkpoint at the Washington Hilton while carrying a shotgun, a handgun, and multiple knives before being stopped by Secret Service and law enforcement officers.
