This is what addiction looks like in Philly. This is what the Philly Police and FBI are desperately trying to prevent tragedies such as this- because there are essentially zero prosecutions for drug crimes/user. And this is the result.

How many years has Philly been run into the ground by Democrats who enable addiction instead of getting tough on it and giving people the true help they really need?

The same Democrats who cry about drug boats getting blown up are NOWHERE to be found when an addict needs help because of those same drug boats.
