Some chick says Eric Swalwell would harass her, send lewd photos, threaten lawsuit

The husband of influencer ***** is threatening a lawsuit against Eric Swalwell over claims he sent her unsolicited explicit photos and contacted her inappropriately ***** claims Swalwell would run in her neighborhood and ask her to come downstairs She also alleges he sent her inappropriate messages and photos on Snapchat Her husband says he will file a lawsuit if Swalwell makes any statements that disparage his wife “But if Eric Swalwell or his attorney makes a single statement that disparages my wife, I will be filing a lawsuit against him,” ***** said “I’ve already made clear that if he believes anything I’ve said is untrue, he should sue me immediately.”

Here's the thing though. I don't believe a word of this and I think they're just trying to get the lady some followers. If Eric Swalwell did any of these things, specifically sending her photos - then they would've posted this a long time ago. And if it's true, then show the photos and text messages. Why hide behind a threat to sue him if he says anything? Why not just put it out there and let Eric Swalwell get destroyed? So in my opinion, I think it's BS.  Show us the proof or stop talking.
