She's crying because EBT won't pay for junk food anymore

Woman was brought to tears over changes to the EBT program that no longer allow junk food. She mentioned that people might come together and trade chicken for Little Debbie snack cakes. Honestly, this is good for her because she doesn't need any more junk food in that body.
