12-year-old arrested for murder

A 12-year-old has been arrested for murder, and the LA school district is now facing a massive wrongful death lawsuit. Khimberly Zavaleta, just 12 years old, lost her life while bravely stepping in to protect her older sister from a group of violent bullies.
