Psycho HOA KAREN ends up in handcuffs

The ultimate HOA power trip ended with an arrest. A neighborhood HOA president was caught snooping inside a resident’s car over a parking dispute. When police showed up, she refused to back down, yelling that her “HOA bylaws” overruled actual law. They didn’t. She lost it and wound up in handcuffs. I’m a fan of women in handcuffs, just not this one.
