PA Dems withdraw an honor to women because they could not define what a woman is

In Pennsylvania, Democrats pulled a resolution to recognize March as National Women’s Month after a Republican questioned them on the definition of a woman. Democrats would not define a woman, nor could not because they refuse to reject that a man in a dress is not a woman.
