Influencer arrested after filming a reckless 192-MPH motorcycle ride

Brice Bennett, a 22-year-old from Bloomfield, Connecticut, was arrested on April 8, 2025, for reckless operation of a motorcycle. He filmed himself riding at speeds up to 192 mph on Connecticut highways, including Interstates 84 and 91, and posted the videos on YouTube and Instagram. Following an anonymous complaint to Governor Ned Lamont’s office in December 2024, police investigated and confirmed the videos were filmed in Connecticut, despite Bennett’s claim they were recorded in Mexico. He faces charges of reckless driving, first-degree reckless endangerment, and failure to maintain a lane. Bennett was released on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court on April 29, 2025.
