Woman who has no answers for anything, answers why she has no answers for anything

Kamala Harris was asked a good question and, like always, she doesn't answer it. She just babbles on with wordplay and nonsense and fails to answer the actual question that was asked. It appears the only thing she is good at doing is deflecting questions with a complete non-answer.
