'Useless' Mayorkas blames critics

Critics are going OFF on FEMA and Mayorkas, so naturally he refuses to take responsibility for any of the failures that people are accusing them of. He blames critics and makes it seem like FEMA is the victim. Nope, FEMA is not the victim, it's the people who are suffering from Hurricane Helene. They are the victims and they need help.
