CNBC host laughs at Kamala's 'clueless' economic advisor

You really can't make these things up. A CNBC host was literally laughing at Kamala Harris economic advisor when he didn't know the difference between property tax and unrealized gains tax. How can you advise anyone on economics or talk about these topics when you're that 'clueless?' How does Kamala Harris pick these people? Are they all future DEI hires? Rama sat in silence as the hosts poked fun after he tried saying that property tax was an unrealized gains tax.
