"Didn't sound like Joe Biden to me" - Nancy Pelosi

Democrat Nancy Pelosi appears to suggest that someone else wrote Joe Biden's letter saying he's dropping out of the 2024 election. Did Joe Biden really write the letter, or was it someone else speaking on his behalf? I don't know, but Nancy Pelosi seems to be hinting at something without saying it directly. It's almost like she's bragging about being part of the team that pushed Joe Biden out of the election.
