Biden suggests there won't be a peaceful transfer of power

Joe Biden is suggesting that there may not be a peaceful transfer of power if Donald Trump wins the election of 2024. However, he's the sitting president so he would somewhat be in charge of making sure the presidency is handed over to Trump. These comments by Joe Biden are somewhat weird because it's like he's saying that something would happen if Trump wins. Very odd statement, that's for sure.
