'There's no fumes' - Kamala Harris trying to charge an EV

Here's a video of Kamala Harris trying to charge an EV. She just has to plug it in, but seems like she's either confused or just not sure what comes next. She then mentions the lack of fumes and that's when a lot of people started laughing because DUH, it's electric, there's no gas fumes for that.
