Texas Gov. Abbott is 'prepared' for conflict with federal authorities

Tucker Carlson was interviewing Texas Governor Greg Abbott who said he's fully 'prepared' for any conflict with the federal authorities who seem to be more interested in NOT protecting the southern border between Texas and Mexico.
