Joy Behar was defending President Joe Biden's mental state of mind in a stunning episode of The View. Many people around social media were mocking her, saying that she's only defending him to make Trump look bad and try to convince her audience that Joe Biden is suitable for another four years in office. Joe Biden is 81 at the moment and many say he's falling apart mentally and is too old and unfit to run the country now, let alone for four more years.
