It appears that Joe Biden tripped on a sandbag that was on the stage, probably being used to weigh something down.

Biden was seen walking after he was helped back to his feet. White House communications director Ben LaBolt posted on Twitter saying that President Joe Biden was 'fine.' This video is sure to get a big response from Republicans who dislike Joe Biden and take humor in his woes as an aging president who has fallen over several times during his presidency, even falling on his bike at one point.
