Video shows Target with merchandise locked up

This video comes from a TikTok user who said this is what a Target in San Francisco looks like. The merchandise in the few aisles of the video are mostly all locked up behind security shelves or doors. It's unclear when this video was actually recorded or what Target this might be at, so there isn't too many other details just yet. My guess is that the store locked up all the items that were stolen the most. If people would stop stealing, then things wouldn't have security devices or be locked behind a door.'

Too much theft sometimes means items get locked up or the store closes. Just look at Walmart and what they're doing.
