It all started with a call to law enforcement reporting a domestic disturbance in Palm Coast, Florida, on November 12, 2022. When a sheriff's deputy arrived at the scene, he encountered Alpatchino Jeune standing outside the residence. Jeune explained that he had been involved in a verbal argument with his ex-girlfriend, Betty Thomas, while in her vehicle.

However, upon speaking with the victim and witnesses, the deputy concluded that Jeune had committed domestic violence battery against Thomas. What follows is a dramatic account of Jeune's angry outbursts and combative behavior as he was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility. The deputy was forced to request assistance at a gas station, and Jeune continued to kick and hit the patrol vehicle during transport.
