In what many suggested was one of the most chaotic State of the Union speeches in recent history, we saw the Republicans lash out at Joe Biden and call him a liar right to his face during his own SOTU. It sure was nuts in that house as Joe tried to give his speech, but Republicans just hammered him like it was a moment with Paul Pelosi. <p>Former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany offered some insights and perspective on a speech from her Trump administration predecessor, now-Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who was tasked with providing the GOP response to President Biden’s State of the Union address Tuesday evening.</p> <p>During her rebuttal, Sanders said, “Forgive me for not believing much of anything I heard tonight from President Biden…Biden and the Democrats have failed you. The dividing line in America is no longer between Right or Left. The choice is between normal or crazy.</p> <p>“It’s time for a new generation of Republican leadership. I’ll be the first to admit, President Biden and I don’t have a lot in common. I’m for freedom. He’s for government control. I’m the first woman to lead my state, and he’s the first man to surrender his presidency to a woke mob that can’t even tell you what a woman is. His administration has been completely hijacked by the radical left,” she continued.</p> <p>“Every day, we are told we must partake in their rituals, salute their flags, and worship their false idols, all while big government colludes with Big Tech to strip away the most American thing there is—your freedom of speech,” Sanders added. “That’s not normal. It’s crazy, and it’s wrong.”</p> <p>“Outnumbered” co-host McEnany, who recently <a href="https://crankers.com/text/kayleigh-mcenany-triumphantly/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">returned</a> to her Fox News gig after the birth of her second child, graded Sanders: “What a phenomenal job, the best that I’ve ever heard in a SOTU response!”</p>

<p>Former President Donald Trump responded with fire and vigor to President Joe Biden’s speech to Congress Tuesday evening at the U.S. Capitol Building, calling his the “real State of the Union.”</p> <p>“Over the past two years, under Biden, millions and millions of illegal aliens from 160 different countries have stormed across our southern border. Drug cartels are now raking in billions of dollars from smuggling poison to kill our people and to kill our children,” he said.</p> <p>“Savage killers, rapists and violent criminals are being released from jail to continue their crime wave. And under Biden, the murder rate has reached the highest in the history of our country,” Trump added.</p> <p>“Biden and the radical Democrats have wasted trillions of dollars and caused the worst inflation in half a century. Real wages are down 21 months in a row. Gas prices have soared and are now going up much higher than even before. And the typical American family is paying $2,200 in increased energy and food costs each year,” Trump continued.</p> <p>“Joe Biden’s weaponized Justice Department — and I’m a victim of it — is persecuting his political opponents. His administration is waging war on free speech. They are trying to indoctrinate and mutilate our children. He’s leading us to the brink of World War III,” he noted further. “And on top of all of that, he’s the most corrupt president in American history, and it’s not even close. But the good news is we are going to reverse every single crisis, calamity, and disaster that Joe Biden has created.<br /><br />Trump kept going and it was great.</p>

Things got really weird when Jill Biden kissed Kamala Harris' husband Doug Emhoff despite the potential angry moment they shared back in April of last year when Jill was wondering why Joe picked Kamala to be his VP despite her attacks against him during the election debates. According to <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jill-biden-vice-president-kamala-harris-stacey-abrams-jonathan-martin-alex-burns-book" target="_blank">Fox News</a>:<br /> <blockquote>'There are millions of people in the United States,' she began. ‘Why,’ she asked, ‘do we have to choose the one who attacked Joe,'" the authors wrote of a conversation Jill Biden had after she learned Harris became a leading candidate to serve as Biden's running mate. <p>Several from Biden's inner circle, however, supported Harris on the ticket. Ron Klain, now the White House chief of staff, had been tasked with vetting vice presidential candidates and, according to the book, told Biden early on that Harris was most qualified for the job as she had sought the presidency herself.</p> <p>"Yes, Harris had attacked Biden more harshly than any other major candidate in the Democratic primaries. Yes, the Biden family had seen it as a smear and a betrayal. In Klain's assessment, that would work to Biden's advantage," the book states. "Choosing Harris will show people that you are magnanimous and forgiving, Klain told Biden. It will show the country just what a unifying leader you can be."</p> </blockquote>
