President Joe Biden said it bugs him when people ask about this situation that he's in right now with the classified document scandal. You'd think the president would be more transparent to make his people feel better, but instead he just laments about how it bugs him and he seems annoyed. Do you want to know who else is annoyed? I bet Donald Trump is annoyed that he got harassed a lot more (it seems) over the documents found in his possession than Joe Biden is. If you want my opinion, I think Biden had the documents in the past and now he's simply being outed for being irresponsible. Maybe Biden forgot about them. He was nominated by President Donald Trump in 2017 and confirmed by the Senate in 2018. Prior to his appointment as U.S. Attorney, Hur was a partner in the law firm of Miles & Stockbridge and served as the Chief of Staff to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan. He has experience in white-collar criminal defense and government investigations.<br /><br />On November 1, 2017, Hur was nominated by President Donald Trump to be the next United States Attorney for the District of Maryland. On March 22, 2018, his nomination was reported out of committee by voice vote. He was confirmed by voice vote later the same day. He was sworn in on April 9, 2018. On February 3, 2021, he announced his resignation, effective February 15. Following his departure from the U.S. Attorney position in Maryland, Hur became a partner at Gibson Dunn, a national law firm based in Washington, D.C. <br /><br />If Hur was nominated by Trump and Biden's own aides are finding classified documents - is there something in play that is setting up grounds for Biden to be impeached?</p>

An anonymous source told NBC News that Biden’s aides have been searching various locations for classified documents since back in November. Not much information is available on the second set of classified documents at the time this was posted. Joe Biden is not facing as much scrutiny as Donald Trump faced when he had documents at Mar-a-Lago, and now it appears that Joy Behar is giving Joe Biden a free pass to break the rules. As it turns out, the documents were actually from Joe Biden's time served while he was a vice president for former President Barack Obama. What happened to the documents next? It appears those documents were eventually returned to the Archives all the way back in November. However, <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/doj-taps-trump-appointed-attorney-investigate-classified-documents-found-biden-think-tank" target="_blank" rel="noopener">as Fox News reported</a>, the documents probably should not have been out of the Archives according to a statement.</p>
