Democrat Nancy Pelosi announced she's running for another term and got a salty response from people on X when she was asking for votes. Pelosi posted this: "Now more than ever our City needs us to advance San Francisco values and further our recovery. Our country needs America to show the world that our flag is still there, with liberty and justice for ALL. That is why I am running for reelection — and respectfully ask for your vote. -Nancy"

Pelosi did not get a warm welcome at all. In fact, it was the opposite and the comments completely roasted her for doing nothing over the years, letting California fall apart city by city, and of course - got accused of inside trading on the stock market.
