Target shopper ordered queer books, got sent a Bible: report

There sure are a lot of funny people in the world, but the funny person of the day is the Target worker who sent a Bible to the lady who ordered some queer books. Of course, that’s IF this story is true. I’m not sure how valid the story is, because people on social media can make things up for attention and ‘likes’ and we see it all the time. I would need to see some receipts and the packaging before believing this story. But at the same time, I could not care less. I just think it’s hilarious if someone really did send this lady a Bible instead of the queer books.

Daily Dot picked this story up and quoted the TikTok user – and of course this person is on TikTok. That app is a collection of the pronoun people and I’d be fine if it was banned from America. There is nothing good coming out of TikTok, like ever. DailyDot’s report said:

[name and account info removed] has taken to the platform to call out Target for a more intentional mix-up by an employee of the department store chain. When they ordered two books with queer storylines through shipping, they instead received a paperback copy of the Bible.

“When I opened my package, I got the Bible,” they say in the video. “That is what I got. I ordered three queer books. One was an in-store pickup, the other two were supposed to be delivered, and I got the Bible, which should never happen to anybody because it is a freedom of speech and all that type of stuff.”
