Here's a lady who needs to learn some manners! She was in a tiny incident with another driver and she started freaking out and even hit the guy's phone as he was recording. He wanted to wait for the cops to arrive so they could handle the situation, but she just started going full haywire, then the cops showed up and slapped the cuffs on her.
