"I was busy that day. I did not blow up Nord Stream" Tucker Carlson

Tucker Carlson asked Putin about who blew up the Nord Stream pipeline. Putin joked that it was Tucker Carlson, but Tucker said he wasn't there that day. Putin then suggested that Tucker had an alibi, but the CIA did not. It sounds like Putin suggests that CIA or someone linked to NATO was responsible for blowing up the Nord Stream. Putin said look for someone who is capable, and has interest, in doing such a thing. He said, in a way, that not that many people have the technology to get that far under the water and blow something up. No one seems to know who did this, but everyone is pointing fingers like the Spider Man meme.
