Two grown men were caught stealing tires in broad daylight in 'Greasy Gavin's' California. Democrat leadership is sure bringing out the best in people as they don't even wait until it's dark out anymore. These guys are stealing wheels right in the middle of the day and they don't even care if they get caught or the license plate is recorded. Why don't they care? Is it because they have no fear of punishment? No fear of consequences and repercussions?
