Male politicians in Canada wore pink high heels to raise awareness and got mocked immediately

Everyone knew this would happen, but Canada just couldn't help itself. These politicians located in America's hat were wearing pink high heels to raise awareness for domestic violence against women, but all it did was make every politician look completely silly like they were virtue signaling for likes on social media. To make it worse, it was mostly men wearing the pink high heels and it looks like they didn't have to go far to get a pair. In fact, some looked fairly natural wearing these shoes, so it makes ya wonder.

Either way, they were mocked all over social media for this and rightfully so. It looks ridiculous and will do NOTHING to stop violence. A criminal isn't gong to think "hey, remember that time the Canadian politician guys were wearing high heels" and then change their mind and not break the law. If anything, this clownshow might spark more violence because no one is taking this awareness seriously. After all, how can you take this video seriously? You can't!

News.com.au had the scoop on the Canadian male politicians in pink high heels, saying the following: "Members of Canada’s parliament donned the heels as part of the Hope in High Heels event sponsored by Halton Women’s Place, a women’s shelter in Ontario, to bring awareness to violence targeting women..."

Karina Gould, Burlington MP said on Twitter: "We welcomed @HaltonWomensPl to the Hill for the 4th annual Hope in High Heels on the Hill, to continue the conversation on systemic violence against women. Educating men and boys is part of the solution, and it is all of our responsibilities to end gender based violence," and she was mocked too. I don't know how anyone looked at this and thought it was a good idea to make guys look effeminate.
