What is it with these people and the never-ending gravy train of graft? Krish O’Mara Vignarajah is the CEO of something called Global Refuge, in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a faith-based non-profit organization, that has been the recipient of hundreds of millions in American taxpayer cash since 2021, mostly from the State Department and Health and Human Services.
