The Public Should Reject the Left’s Calls to Expand the Supreme Court
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (NY-08), in describing the Supreme Court as a “subsidiary of the MAGA Republican Party,” recently called for the Court’s expansion from nine to thirteen justices. His remarks echoed a growing refrain from the Left that the Court’s composition should mirror the number of federal appellate circuits.
