JD Vance is ticked off and calling out Tyson Foods for the un-American plan they’ve announced. Vance went on Fox News with Jesse Watters to discuss the terrible move coming from Tyson that could cut jobs from Americans and give them to illegal immigrants.
For starters Tyson Foods said they’re shutting down a factory in Iowa that will result in over 1,000 jobs lost. But that’s not all – Tyson reportedly hired migrants to work at a plant in Tennessee. But wait, there’s more. Tyson reportedly hired those migrants IN MANHATTAN – for a job in Tennessee, while cutting jobs from Americans in Iowa. You can’t make this stuff up.
Fox News reported on the anti-American job situation with Tyson, saying the company said they’re about to join the Tent Partnership for Refugees. OK, why doesn’t Tyson just go open a plant in another country then? Why take jobs from Americans and give them to migrants? Let me guess, cheap labor? That’s my guess. The Fox News report continued:
At least 87 migrants from Central and South America were hired in two separate groups, according to Tribune News Service. The same report said Tyson employs about 42,000 immigrants and that the company’s corporate social responsibility executive said, “We would like to employ another 42,000 if we could find them.”
Now people like JD Vance are ticked off and speaking out about it. Vance suggested that any company who replaces American workers with illegal immigrants should get in some sort of congressional trouble. It’s almost like Tyson is acting like they’re being charitable and helpful, but I think they just want cheap labor. They don’t care about Americans if they’re willing to lay them off and hire migrants somewhere else. You and I can see right through this. It’s like picking the cheap illegal alien landscapers over the white dude who charges way too much. We know how this works, but now it’s like Tyson is doing this right in front of our faces at a major scale that impacts thousands of Americans who rely on their jobs to pay the bills.
If Tyson wants to help migrants so bad, then open factories in other locations and see how well that goes. Vance further said, about getting these companies in trouble, “We’re certainly going to look into whether we can change that [ability], assuming Tyson is operating legally… All we know is that they are firing American workers and hiring illegal aliens to replace them. This is the entire point of illegal immigration — and Republicans, we’ve got to hammer this point home.”
