Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot during an event at Utah Valley University.
Kirk was on stage for his “American Comeback Tour” when shots were fired from a nearby building.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing Kirk bleeding from his neck and security rushed him away from the scene.
A suspect was taken into custody shortly after the incident.
Kirk was the only person reported shot in the incident, and his current condition is not yet known.
