End of year report claims drinking coffee regularly has undeniable health benefits

It looks like we will have something positive to remember about 2021 after all. Scientists have proved that drinking coffee regularly has unquestionable health benefits. There have been some signs that this amazing drink was highly beneficial earlier, but it has finally been proved to be a fact.

One meta-analysis study that included 127 people found that drinking two to four 8-ounce cups of coffee daily reduced the risk of cancer by 20%, Parkinson’s by 30%, and type 2 diabetes by 30%. Furthermore, according to a large study conducted in the United Kingdom, people who consume a lot of coffee live longer than those who don’t.

Finally, in 2021, scientists established three key benefits of coffee use. Coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing liver disorders. The risk of developing fatty liver syndrome is reduced by 20%, and the risk of dying from chronic liver disease is reduced by nearly 50%.

Those who drink a couple of cups of coffee a day are significantly less likely to develop deadly cardiac diseases or suffer from heart failure.

It is possible to combine coffee and tea to get the same results. For example, those who drank two to three cups of coffee every day, or went with three to five cups of tea on a daily basis, had a 28% lower risk of dementia than those who did not.
