Another Somali man has pleaded guilty to a $6 million fraud scheme involving a so-called “Autism Center” in Minnesota. Yussuf, who launched the “center” at just 22, hired unqualified staff, billed for impossible hours, and paid kickbacks to families to enroll their children.
