Huge group of bikers block a highway

I don't have any real information on who they are or where they are, but I see a large group of bikers in the video blocking the highway. Seems like they probably shouldn't do that because people with actual jobs may need to get to work. At the very least, couldn't they do this at like 4am when no one is really on the road?
