Biden aides find second set of classified documents in new location

Some of President Joe Biden’s aides have found a second set of classified documents in a different location than the first set that was discovered in Biden’s office that he used during his time as vice president to Barack Obama. An anonymous source told NBC News that Biden’s aides have been searching various locations for classified documents since back in November. Not much information is available on the second set of classified documents at the time this was posted. Biden said they’re cooperating with whatever needs to be done in regards to the classified documents.

I am so fed up with Joe Biden. He is the WORST president ever! I just got this funny Joe Biden shirt to show my liberal neighbors! It's finally on sale! Get it here!

As we previously reported, President Joe Biden could be in hot water after classified documents were found at a pro-Biden think tank this week, said a report on Fox News. To make things more interesting, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has reached out to an attorney appointed by former President Donald Trump to lead the investigation.

A pile of classified documents was discovered at the Penn Biden Center along with other documents that were not classified, but probably shouldn’t have been there either. When Joe Biden, or his team, found out about this, Biden’s lawyers went into swift action and reached out to the National Archives to tell them about the documents. As it turns out, the documents were actually from Joe Biden’s time served while he was a vice president for former President Barack Obama.

    Should Joe Biden be investigated?*

What happened to the documents next? It appears those documents were eventually returned to the Archives all the way back in November. However, as Fox News reported, the documents probably should not have been out of the Archives according to this statement:

“The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives,” Richard Sauber, special counsel to the White House, said in a Monday statement. “Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with he Archives and the Department of Justice in process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives.”

This is making people compare the situation to when Trump had classified documents found in Mar-a-Lago. Will all the same people who were mad about Donald Trump and classified documents be just as mad about classified documents linked to Joe Biden?

The Trump-appointed attorney who will investigate Joe Biden’s classified document leak is John Lausch and he’s the US Attorney hailing all the way from the Northern District of Illinois. Lausch was appointed by former President Donald Trump back in 2017.

It’s unclear how and why the classified documents were not where they were supposed to be, but the investigation may provide more insight on them.

Joe Biden served as Vice President of the United States from January 20, 2009 to January 20, 2017 under President Barack Obama. He was elected as Vice President in 2008, and re-elected in 2012. He was officially sworn in as Vice President on January 20, 2009, and served two terms in office.

Joe Biden became the President of the United States on January 20, 2021. He was inaugurated on the steps of the United States Capitol, in Washington D.C., and sworn in as the 46th President of the United States. He defeated incumbent President Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

This event was marked by the traditions of peaceful transfer of power from one president to another, following the certification of the election by the Congress, as well as marking the end of one administration, and the beginning of the new one. The inauguration is also important because it symbolizes continuity of the democratic process and the peaceful transition of power.
