North Korea has a vicious message for USA and it teeters on the level of WWIII. When the BBC asked a senior official of North Korea, their response was harrowing to say the least. The message stated that North Korea will basically test their missiles whenever they wish and that there's basically nothing anyone can do about it. The message further says that if USA takes military action against North Korea, then it will be all out war.

Check out Mike Pence in the video and then see the quote below from the BBC's talk with the North Korean representative.

North Korea will continue to test missiles, a senior official has told the BBC in Pyongyang, despite international condemnation and growing military tensions with the US.

"We'll be conducting more missile tests on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis," Vice-Foreign Minister Han Song-ryol told the BBC's John Sudworth.

He said that an "all-out war" would result if the US took military action.

Earlier, US Vice-President Mike Pence warned North Korea not to test the US.

He said his country's "era of strategic patience" with North Korea was over.

Mr Pence arrived in Seoul on Sunday hours after North Korea carried out a failed missile launch.

Tensions have been escalating on the peninsula, with heated rhetoric from both North Korea and the US.

Mr Han told the BBC: "If the US is planning a military attack against us, we will react with a nuclear pre-emptive strike by our own style and method."

When you think about it, that actually makes sense and doesn't sound like much of a warning. It sounds like common sense. If someone attacked USA, then USA would respond with all out war as well. It goes both ways. Anyone who is attacked usually responds.

The major difference with this warning from North Korea is that it says they will use a nuclear weapon as a pre-emptive strike IF they sense the US is planning an attack on them. That literally means that if the North Koreans really wanted to, they could literally say "we thought you were going to attack us" and then attack the US. That would lead to USA attacking in retaliation and I'm sure other countries would get involved.

The smart thing for US and North Korea to do is to chill out. All this banter on Twitter and social media is like teenage girls combating each other in high school about who is the most popular. There are no winners in that regard, so we need our big boy countries to remain the calm and patient men they are.

And I hate to say it, but doesn't everyone test missiles? Aren't we, the USA, testing them all the time? If we're not doing it publicly, then we must be doing it secretly somewhere, right?

It's like a man's dream to blow things up with missiles for fun. Testing missiles is probably an awesome job. There has to be someone, somewhere, testing something in every military on the planet.

I don't think anyone will attack each other. It would destroy both economies and anyone connected to them.

Smart people avoid war at all costs. There's too much money to be made and fun to have. World War III would ruin all the fun.
