UPDATE: Steve Stephens has shot himself in/near Erie, PA after being tipped off by a McDonald's employee who took his order at a drive through. Stephens shot himself during a car chase with the police.
Steve Stephens is on the run after he shot an elderly man point blank and posted the murder video on Facebook. It's reported that Stephens had trouble with his girlfriend and that's why he went on a killing rampage on Easter Sunday. Stephens claims there are other bodies, mostly in abandoned buildings, but no one has confirmed if that's true.
The victim in the video below is 74-year-old Robert Godwin Sr. and he was senselessly targeted for no reason. It was a completely random person picked for such a terrible crime in which a monster inside Stephens has snapped and lost all control to think rationally.
This is what Steve Stephens looks like and he's reportedly been spotted in numerous locations such as Erie, Philadelphia, and New York. My guess is that these are not accurate leads because they are way out of range of each other in such a short time span. People have been warned not to spread misinformation about Stephens' whereabouts. I believe there is a reward of about $50,000 for the information leading to his arrest, but hopefully that's a wanted "anyway you find him" reward.
It's also stated that Stephens' posted other videos where he talks about the killings he allegedly committed.
At the time this article was released, the man has not yet been arrested.

This is the graphic shooting video from Cleveland that was posted to Facebook:
Stephens’ Facebook page has since been taken down.
In the shocking video, which was recorded and then uploaded to the page, not streamed live, Stephens can be seen driving down the road and he says, “Found me somebody I’m going to kill, this guy right here, this old dude,” before exiting his vehicle. He walks up to the man and begins talking to him, asking how old he is before pulling out a gun.
The man tries to shield himself before Stephens fires once, hitting the man in the head.
The video shows the man on the ground, bleeding as Stephens walks back to his car and drives off.
The shooting happened at 635 East 93rd Street, police said. The victim has been identified as Robert Godwin Sr., 74.
There is a GoFundMe account set up to assist the family of Robert Godwin Sr.
