Kelly&#8217;s comment was a reference to Joe Biden living in a basement.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden&#8217;s tweet said &#8220;A<span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-1qd0xha r-ad9z0x r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\"> nation united. A nation strengthened. A nation healed.
