BREAKING: explosion rocks CHEMICAL PLANT in Pasadena<\/p>\n
Holy schnikes, that was a big blast! AP had the details and reported the following on this breaking news story out of Pasadena<\/a>:<\/p>\n An explosion and fire erupted Wednesday at a chemical plant in suburban Houston, injuring at least one person.<\/p>\n Officials were investigating what caused the blast at the plant in the city of Pasadena.<\/p>\n Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a tweet that the injured person was taken to a hospital. The person\u2019s condition was not immediately made public.<\/p>\n Local news broadcasts showed a large ball of fire at the plant followed by large plumes of black smoke.
