Dick Durbin tells a CNN host he has no plans to seek the identity of the Supreme Court leaker. Even worse, many of the key people who should have been questioned were not even questioned.\u00a0 It appears as though the investigation into the unprecedented leak of the U.S. Supreme Court\u2019s\u00a0Roe v. Wade\u00a0<\/em>decision in May is complete, and some key people were reportedly never asked a thing about it. According to Breitbart News, it appears that none of the justices themselves were questioned.<\/p>\n Breitbart News noted<\/a>:<\/p>\n The decision, which ultimately was little changed from the draft version, overturned the Court\u2019s controversial precedent in\u00a0Roe v. Wade<\/em>\u00a0(1973) on a \u201cconstitutional right\u201d to abortion, and returned the issue to the states.<\/p>\n The leak to\u00a0Politico<\/em>, an unprecedented breach of protocol, caused an uproar and led to a wave of protest and violence, with attacks on pro-life institutions and even an attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The outlet reported Thursday that the investigation has concluded and no one has been publicly identified or held accountable for the leak, which is leading many to believe that the institution of the high court has been irreparably damaged and that more leaks are likely in the future.<\/p>\n \u201cThe investigation by the marshal of the Supreme Court included a forensic investigation of laptops and phones but found \u2018no relevant information from these devices,’\u201d the outlet reported. \u201cThe marshal\u2019s office determined that 82 employees had access to the opinion and interviewed 97 employees, all of whom denied leaking the opinion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Durbin tells leftist network he has no plan to seek identity of Supreme Court leaker Dick Durbin tells a CNN host he has no plans to seek the identity of the Supreme Court leaker.
