Following the release of more detailed information about Twitter\u2019s role in suppressing a story about Hunter Biden, former President Trump called for the termination of the Constitution\u2019s rules regarding elections to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.<\/p>\n
In a Truth Social post, Trump said that \u201ca Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.\u201d \u201cOur great \u2018Founders\u2019 did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!\u201d he added, reported The Hill<\/a>.<\/p>\n But there was a disagreement about this call to terminate Constitutional rules, as Deputy White House Press Secretary Andrew Bates said that \u201cattacking the Constitution and all it stands for is anathema to soul of our nation, and should be universally condemned.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe Constitution brings the American people together \u2014 regardless of party \u2014 and elected leaders swear to uphold it. However, there was a LOT of chaos, confusion, and disagreement among Twitter employees about the platform\u2019s reasoning for censoring it – which they did do, according to the recently released “Twitter Files.”<\/p>\n The world’s richest man, Elon Musk, also had something to say on the matter, as he turned to the social media platform he owns to say that the U.S. Constitution was greater than any president, reported Fox Business<\/a>.
