Pat Fallon talks about how Hillary Clinton&#8217;s team was ordered to turn over Trump-Russia documents in trial on &#8216;The Evening Edit.&#8217; Just a few days ago, Special counsel John Durham demanded access to records from Hillary Clinton\u2019s failed presidential campaign, and some other people, that were allegedly tied to the FBI\u2019s probe into a so-called \u201csecret channel\u201d between Donald Trump\u2019s 2016 campaign and Russia.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\nWATCH:<br \/>\n<div style=\"width: 1200px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-12880-1\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/trendingviews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/hillary-clinton-trump-russia-documents-video-1.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/trendingviews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/hillary-clinton-trump-russia-documents-video-1.mp4\">https:\/\/trendingviews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/hillary-clinton-trump-russia-documents-video-1.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/04\/08\/john-durham-demands-docs-from-dnc-hillary-clinton-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NY Post<\/a> further reported: &#8220;All sides are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday for a hearing on defense contentions that the materials shouldn\u2019t be used in the upcoming trial of lawyer Michael Sussmann.<br \/>\nHe\u2019s charged with lying about his ties to the Clinton campaign when he told the FBI about since-debunked research into suspected cyber communications between Russia\u2019s Alfa-Bank and the Trump Organization.<br \/>\nIn court papers filed last month, Durham said the Democratic National Committee, Hillary for America, the Fusion GPS research company and the powerhouse Perkins Coie law firm \u2014 where Sussmann was formerly a partner \u2014 \u201chave all withheld and\/or redacted documents and communications\u201d that could potentially be used against the defendant.&#8221;<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s currently unclear if Hillary Clinton&#8217;s team will provide the true documents or a doctored version, or no documents at all &#8211; depending on what is or is not in those files.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Texas Rep.
