An El Paso judge has issued a ruling on the illegal immigrants that allegedly participated in the ‘border riot’ where illegals were fighting with the National Guard. The illegals were part of a stampede that rushed the National Guard soldiers down by the Rio Grande. The judge’s ruling fueled scrutiny and he was scolded all across social media for making an anti-American ruling when he said the illegals who were detained should be released. Presiding Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta made his ruling on Sunday, March 31, during an online teleconference bond hearing where he accused the El Paso District Attorney’s Office of not being ready to proceed with detention hearings for each defendant. Another hearing for more defendants is expected Monday.
