CNN may want to get their hosts in order, because one of them made a completely baseless and illogical statement about the person who drove a car into a Christmas market in Germany. One of the people was wondering if the person who attacked the Christmas Market in Germany was right wing or had right wing connections.

This ended up being completely incorrect and illogical. The suspect who drove the vehicle into the Christmas market in Germany is a Saudi doctor with zero evidence they are right wing. And, logically speaking, right wing people enjoy Christmas, so an attack at a Christmas market doesn’t make much sense. Not that it has to make sense, because attacking people at random never really makes sense to begin with – but the person on CNN just had no clue what they were talking about and that’s part of the problem.

The host or guest also said the attacker could have left wing elements. So, what was the point in saying either of those? It sounds like she tried covering her bias by adding the left-wing element part. An honest journalist would have said they’re not sure who it is and are waiting for confirmation. There was no need to mention the right or left wing at all.

What happened at the Christmas market attack in Germany? A tragic incident occurred at a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany, where a doctor from Saudi Arabia drove a car into a crowd (allegedly), resulting in at least two deaths and over 60 injuries (at the time this was posted). The suspected driver, identified as a doctor from Saudi Arabia, has been taken into custody. The driver involved in the tragic Christmas market attack in Magdeburg, Germany, is a 50-year-old doctor from Saudi Arabia who has been living in Germany since 2006. The suspect’s name had not been released at the time this was published. There is zero evidence the man has any right wing ties.

Authorities have stated that the suspect acted alone and there is no ongoing threat to the public. This incident has prompted increased security measures at Christmas markets in other locations, including New York City. The motive behind the attack is still under investigation
