Jordan Neely had a lengthy arrest record with a number of crimes that would make anyone worried to be around him. He was acting erratic and threatening people on the subway. Daniel Penny held him down so he couldn’t potentially hurt anyone. The drugs in Jordan Neely’s system helped play a huge part in his unfortunate death.
However, if any subway riders are afraid of Daniel Penny, the former Marine – then it makes you wonder if those people are criminals too.
