Zzzzzzzz. Wake up, sleepy head! Joe Biden appears to fall asleep during a meeting with African leaders and the sleepy dreamer was caught on video.
This was the Trans-Africa Summit located in Angola. Biden was meeting with the Angolan president and some of the other leaders to talk about various topics, like their economy and things like that.
